Pear Berry Crumble (Five Minute Prep)
Getting a fruit crumble ready to bake in five minutes. Sound good?
Here's how it works...First you peel and slice up some pears (or apples) and toss with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Top with fresh or frozen berries.
Mash together some quality granola with coconut oil or softened butter in a baggie.
Sprinkle the buttery granola over the fruit and bake! That's it!
Pear Berry Crumble
Serves 4-6
4 pears, peeled and sliced (we donβt mind them unpeeled, but most wonβt go for the texture of the skin)
1 cup berries
1 T sucanat or other natural sweetener (optional)
1 cup granola
2 T coconut oil or softened butter
Preheat the oven to 350.
Arrange the pears in a 9/13 pan. Top with frozen berries and (if desired) sprinkle on the sweetener.
Combine the granola and coconut oil or butter in a baggie and scatter it over the top of the fruit. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
