I know because I’ve been there.

I’m a certified health coach, pilates & yoga teacher. I’ve been a coach, columnist, blogger and recipe developer in the wellness industry for many years.

But like so many others, I’ve struggled with chronic health issues. Among them, an autoimmune condition called dyshidrotic eczema that used to flare dangerously - and at times left me with very limited use of my right hand.

I’ve been down the rabbit holes and have jumped around between countless M.D.s and health practitioners. It took many years and the influence of some remarkable people to finally help me connect the dots and turn things around.

In the end, I discovered a path to wholeness that is simple & sustainable. One that works.
